Knossos is an action-adventure game I created in about 3 months with
Rafale25 for my Master's degree final project.
Game Design & Programming: 3C, core combat mechanics, enemy AI, puzzle mechanics
Programming: player controller, combat, enemy behaviour, puzzles
Tech art: VFX creation & integration, modelling, animation, creation of 3D art pipeline
Soft Skills: project planning, leadership, teamwork
I'm a programmer first and foremost. Although I specialise in .NET development nowadays, I can easily switch to any other technology.
I currently work as a software engineer for EFICAD, developing SWOOD.
I first learned programming through my Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering.
I then specialised in game development through my Master's in Games Design & Development at Heriot-Watt University in Scotland.
I taught myself 3D art and technical art through the multiple projects that you can try below.
When working on games, I primarily work with Unity and Blender. I am also familiar with Unreal Engine and graphics APIs like OpenGL and Vulkan.
I am particularly proficient in C#, C++, Python, and I have worked with C, Haskell, Javascript and Lua.
